Position Objective

A senior level sales position focused on penetrating, managing and growing the business within Large Enterprise and Global Accounts.

This position will be responsible for understanding and communicating Konica Minolta’s unique technology value proposition to Enterprise Accounts to gain interest. You will also be responsible for managing your resources to pair our best people with the clients specific needs/challenges.

You will work within all levels of the direct organization. You will need to exhibit the leadership and people skills to foster a team environment that encourages our people to work closely with you to expand our Global customer footprint.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for creating the account strategy, assisting with Global implementations and roll-out plans, account Periodic Account Review’s, contract management and compliance and overall global sales performance. Participating Areas include the following:

  • Business Development
  • Strategy Development
  • Ownership of higher level relationships within customer accounts
  • Coordination and Management of Internal Resources
  • Periodic Account Reviews
  • RFP Strategy and Development
  • Pricing and Contract Development
  • Account Review/Management
  • Problem/Issue Resolution

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Experience working with Large Enterprise Accounts
  • Strong Sales and Presentation Skills
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills are a must
  • Proven success at working with and being the lead of a project team
  • Exhibits strong coaching, decision making and leadership skills

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years sales experience in related field
