Our Seattle, WA location has an immediate opening for a full time Envrionmental Customer Service Rep 2.

This position will be working in the Emerald Services and Thermo Fluids Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Managing 25-50 incoming calls per day
  • Creating orders and communicating with service branches
  • Inside Sales-Upselling/Quoting products and services
  • Take online payments / some review of accounts
  • Emailing quotes, invoices and other information as needed.
  • Assisting Account Managers and branch personnel with product/service item management on accounts.
  • Answering for customers in multiple states

What does it take to work for Emerald Services and Thermo Fluids?

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in fast-paced Customer Service environment preferred;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Skilled and adaptable in team environments
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
