team, the Learning Operations Manager will join an outstanding team

About the Role
As the Learning Operations Manager, you will manage the daily
global operations of DoorDash's Global Learning and Development
Team and strategic enterprise-level projects to support all
employees at DoorDash.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Learning Strategy and
Operations on our Learning and Development team in our Talent

- Manage, deliver, and optimize
team, vendor, and global enterprise-level
- Own and execute the launch of
DoorDash’s global learning management system.
- Partner and communicate with
internal teams and external vendors to provide plans, status
updates, and metrics to ensure seamless collaboration and to meet
- Work closely with the DoorDash
University Leadership Team to inform strategic decisions that yield
- Track and analyze data and
anecdotes to develop insights and influence decisions.

- You have 4+ years experience managing operations and you are
equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and at 1
- You know how to improve processes while designing for scale
- You have managed partners and complex processes, as well as a
desire to own and manage multiple projects.

- You are excited to solve ambiguous problems in innovative ways,
and you resist “this is how it’s always been done” thinking.
- You can apply change management and adapt to an evolving
business while staying focused on key goals.
