This Critical Care Nurse Manager will manage and evaluate the
clinical operations, programs, and resources of the ICU. The
Manager of Critical Care assure that the ICU unit are 100% of the
time, delivering safe and appropriate care. The ICU Unit Nurse
- Participate in the development of the clinical systems.
- Ensure that productivity and quality are documented in
accordance with FHS guidelines.
- Oversee the resolution of daily clinical admin and operational
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve
problems and share info.
- Participate in annual budget planning.
- Ensure that clinical operations are conducted and documented in
compliance with policies.
- Plans, manages and evaluates the work of clinical and
- Works with management team to ensure the application of
consistent operational and clinical practices.
- Implements new processes and ensures that performance
improvement activities are conducted
