OverviewWho We're Looking For - Analytics Strategist An Analytics Strategist is adept at finding insights in data and working directly with mid-sized and enterprise clients, building their trust in Portent's value. They enable and empower our content, search, and social marketing teams to do better, data-informed work through building and maintaining reports. They also help promote analytics service offerings by actively selling them in the marketplace. What You'll Do - Build innovative reporting and insight solutions using existing tools - Assist Analytics team with service offering marketing and sales - Perform Analytics Audits and Opportunity Gap Analyses with minimal oversight, including helping clients execute on the recommendations - Migrate clients seamlessly to Google Tag Manager, including data layer enrichment - Fluently analyze CRM data and provide recommendations on how to integrate with web analytics - Market and sell specific analytics service offering(s) and/or proprietary tool(s) - Write analytics content for the Portent blog including and beyond 101-level topics What You Need Technical Competencies:- Intermediate knowledge of the entire Google 360 Suite (including Analytics, Tag Manager and - Data Studio) - Solid understanding of non-Google analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics; - also third-party data visualization and reporting tools like CrazyEgg, Hotjar, and Tableau. - Ability to troubleshoot HTML and JavaScript - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs suite Behavioral Competencies:- Collaboration - Integrity - Communication - Maximization of Resources - Continuous Learning - Problem Solving - Customer Service - Quality S.H.I.F.T.S: Our How- S uperior skills and work product - H igh EQ. Trust & value for the industry, clients & us Experience- 2+ years working in internet marketing with a focus on analytics, preferably in an agency environment with direct client interaction - Bachelor's of Science or equivalent work experience - Experience providing analytics and reporting solutions to clients of all sizes, - ranging from small businesses to enterprises - Experience improving site performance and critical metrics through prescriptive recommendations a plus More About Portent Portent, Clearlink's agency team, is comprised of 40+ hardworking digital marketers, originally founded in Seattle, now with team members across the country.
