JOB DESCRIPTIONAccount Executives help lead, plan and execute integrated marketing strategies for our B2B clients to help them achieve their growth goals. You'll be responsible for managing and growing client relationships. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to implement each strategy and successfully execute it.
We'll also rely on you to make sure we're generating results for our clients. You'll be integral to the growth and management of our client services team.

  • Manage and grow a book of client business by building strong collaborative relationships with clients, growing annual budgets, and achieving upsell goals
  • Manage the client services and project management team serving your clients
  • Be accountable to agency leadership for your team's ability to deliver client work on time and on strategy
  • Develop and provide strategic direction for clients
  • Manage the the execution of inbound and account based marketing programs for a portfolio of clients and deliver custom, goal-oriented strategies that achieve results
  • Keep your clients and team focused on the big picture goals even in the midst of tactical execution
  • Facilitate client meetings for the purpose of strategy development, editorial planning, reporting, and more
  • Provide strategic leadership to the internal ABN team
  • Collaborate with Strategists to build out effective strategic plans that meet client needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with the entire ABN team to deliver results for your clients
  • Grow traffic, MQLs, SQLs, and build brand equity for your portfolio of clients
  • Work with creative team and outside contractors to facilitate work for clients when necessaryEXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
    • 3+ years experience building integrated marketing campaigns that include inbound/online marketing, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels
    • B.A. or B.S. degree, ideally with a focus on advertising, business, marketing, journalism
    • Agency marketing experience a plus
    • Inbound and Hubspot Marketing Certified
    • Knowledge of SEO and keyword analysis
    • High attention to detail and excellent writing skills
    • Extremely data-driven, results-oriented and skilled at problem solving
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Desire to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • A self-starter who thrives on impressing clients with results
    • A commitment to learning and staying up to date on the world of digital marketing and marketing automation
    • A strong desire to be part of an organization where they can make a positive difference
    • Positive attitude and skilled in building and maintaining colleague and client relationships
