Position SummaryThe On Site Account Specialist will be the on-site leader of an existing staffing operation with a large health system located in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with healthcare organization's departmental leadership, staffing teams, and vendor representatives. In addition, this position will cultivate strong, long-term relationships with the supporting staffing agencies while achieving the programs goals. The on-site project office is in place to ensure that contingent jobs get filled quickly and with high quality candidates while ensuring that all program elements like time collection and approval, statement and invoicing, as well as customer reporting happen efficiently.Reports To:Account Manager, Strategic Accounts Division:ShiftWise Primary Location:Seattle, WACore Job ResponsibilitiesThe observable, accountable actions and activities that lead to business results or metrics. Metrics & GoalsJob Tasks:Develop and maintain an expert understanding of assigned customer's organization including management and leadership teams.Maintains an expert understanding of all ShiftWise applications and required technological equipment including laptop computers, internet connections, projectors, etc.Responsible for order management of customer's needs through VMS system.Coordinate and schedule interviews of travel candidates with hiring managers.Edits organizational rights on an on-going bases to be in line with client's requirements.Responsible for coordinating with agency staff to ensure all required credentials and staff materials are updated and are in line with client's policies and requirements.Responsible for oversight of timekeeping workflow.Tracks supplier staff terminations, late cancellations, no show records, and No Client Returns (NCRs) working at the Health System.Generates and delivers regular performance reports to customer.At the direction of client's human resources team, may schedule, facilitate, and deliver orientation materials to supplier staff.Acts as an internal consultant to the organization regarding the application and utilization of current training and development plans.Serves as a consultant to client organizations regarding ShiftWise applications and staffing workflow.Serves as a supplier liaison between ShiftWise and Health System.Composes and/or edits training materials, guides, handouts, reports and programs.Works directly and indirectly with ShiftWise teams to maximize service area business potential.Internal Customers & PartnersAccount ManagersCustomer Service RepresentativesExternal CustomersExecutive SponsorsClinical ManagersHealthcare ProvidersAssociate VendorsSystemsMS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Direct Reports - NoneTravel - Some local travel may be requiredBudget Oversight - NoneExemption Status: Exempt Individual ResultsClient OutcomesStrategic RelationshipsRevenue ExpansionsCustomer ServiceIndividual ProductivityPhone CallsClient MeetingsKey Performance ReportingSystem PerformanceClient RetentionEducation, Certifications & ExperienceMinimum Education/Certifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Experience:1+ years sales / Account Management / Recruiting/OperationsPreferred Experience2-4 years healthcare staffing or Human Resources related work; OnSite VMS experienceExperience:Account Management/Recruiting/Operations: 1 year (Required)
