Our Project Coordinator team thrives in a collaborative environment as part of the Product Delivery team, routinely working with project managers and other technical staff. If you flourish in a team environment and enjoy versatility, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Project support, including budget tracking, invoice support, and schedulingDocument coordination in collaboration with technical editorsCoordination with Finance team to resolve billing issuesProcessing contracts and amendmentsInterfacing with subconsultants and clients on non-technical issuesMeeting facilitation, meeting notes, and action item trackingAssisting marketing efforts by reviewing RFPs/RFQs, helping with proposal outlines, coordinating development and review schedules, and verifying complianceCoordination of conferences and eventsWhat Are We Looking For?Ideal candidates will have the following:Bachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of project coordination experience (ideally in a technical field)Conference and/or event coordination experienceExperience working on marketing proposals a plusSuperior time management skills, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing among multiple tasks with competing deadlinesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work well independently and on a teamProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with SharePoint is a plus)What Can You Expect?A collaborative work environment where we encourage everyone to bring their authentic self.
