- Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.
- Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers
seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
- Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement,
tracking and reporting activities.
- Track inquires, questions and answers and provide
- May perform clerical or administrative duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience:
- A Minimum of 1 year of call center or telephone operator
- Experience in customer service or a related field
