Job Description:

  • Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
    • Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
    • Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
    • May perform clerical or administrative duties.
    • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:EDUCATION
      • High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience:
        • A Minimum of 1 year of call center or telephone operator experience.
        • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
