Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Integrated
Planning & Scheduling Specialist ( Level 2 ) to join our Integrated
Planning & Scheduling team. In this highly visible role that rolls
up to the Program Management function, the focus will be on
supporting a variety of proposal & development programs across BGS
lines of business.
This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting . The selected
candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of
the listed location options.
The -successful candidate will:
Develop and maintain integrated schedules
Perform or support schedule analysis
Support Program Management and Government Customers by providing
schedule data and analysis
In general, Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialists are
Support preparation, development and coordination of an integrated
plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
Assist with the development of program plans, schedules and
coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements
and resulting schedules
Support the integration of program plans and schedules,
horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product
groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
Identify and report performance variances
Participate in the review of proposed changes to the baseline
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is
required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent
resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in a role requiring project / program management
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications
(Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):
Business, finance or scheduling experience
Experience working on government programs
Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft
Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
Typical Education & Experience :
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
(e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related
work experience, etc.).
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this
