About The Role

The Launch Project Management team roadmaps, guides, and improves our DashMart launch process. We're looking for folks to join the Project Management team to build our launch strategy, improve efficiency, manage relationships, and delight our customers by bringing a wider array of convenience offerings to their doorstep, wherever that doorstep may be! You will report in to a Project Manager on the Real Estate and Launch team within the New Business Verticals team

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will---

  • Build processes: You will guide progress on DashMart launches by ensuring that project milestones are met and create solutions where there aren't
  • Develop relationships: Partner with vendors and multiple teams to achieve design standards and ensure we're on track
  • Build: You'll oversee a variety of daily operations:
  • Verify accurate data input internally and with multiple teams across project management tools and business applications like Salesforce
  • Manage portions of data management and input for project tracking
  • Ensure accurate purchase and accounting of thousands of dollars of equipment for each launch site by submitting procurement requests
  • You'll help us get 1% better every day: Coordinating the launch debrief process to gather input from internal partners and local operations- identifying areas of opportunity and developing plans to address those opportunities

      Skills/ Experience

      • Experience in multi-team environments
      • Project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc)

        Bonus Points

        • You have experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
        • You have an interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces.
        • Experience with SmartSheets
        • Experience with SQL
