The Engagement Support Specialist works with the Compliance Operations and administrative teams to provide support during the pre-engagement process to ensure client agreement and engagement setup activities are completed timely and accurately. Supporting the pre-engagement process allows for quick delivery of client agreements while working through client acceptance processes and proper data tracking. Individuals in this role are expected to be flexible while working through multiple tasks simultaneously and able to shift directions to stay in line with business needs.

  • Helps draft, edit, and proofread client agreement documents
  • Assists with pre-engagement activities, which may include CRM data entry, new client acceptance and setup, engagement code setup, and Pfx binder setup
  • Proactively tracks pre-engagement activity progress from client agreement drafting, through the signature process, to engagement setup
  • Serves as point of contact to help the client service team identify the correct client agreement template
  • Other special projects as assignedQualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED required
    • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in quality assurance/quality control role or equivalent preferred
    • Strong English grammar and spelling
    • Ability to understand or learn technical information related to Consulting services and firm processes
    • Outstanding proofreading ability
    • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
    • Attention to detail, logic, and accuracy
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others and follow-up with outstanding requests
    • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
    • Experience working in IT, consulting, or audit preferred
    • Adobe Acrobat Professional experience a plus
