This Opportunity
We are seeking product designers with specialty in UX to help own
and execute the vision in our design studio. An ideal candidate
will empathize with our customers and use creative design magic to
make Truveta's experience feel more alive and responsive. You will
collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, scientists and
product managers throughout the design process.
As a Product Designer, you will help us dive deeper on our
customer's experience by collaborating with the world-class
product, clinical informatics, marketing, and engineering talents.
This is more than an execution role, you have the chance to shape
our culture and define our approach for the experience. To be one
of the members on the design studio, you have the opportunity to
define design principles, set standards, deliver wireframes and
interactive prototypes, and so much more.

Key Qualifications
3+ years work experience
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital design, or equivalent
practical experience
Experience designing, maintaining and implementing design systems
with precision from start to finish including the development
process.
Ability to communicate design concepts through early sketches,
storyboards, wireframes, and high-fi mockups or prototypes.
Proficient in high-fidelity prototyping tools like Figma,
Principle, Sketch, etc.
Experience mentoring other product owners and/or designers
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with other designers, product owners, clinical
informatics, product marketing, and engineers to identify, define
and deliver meaningful insights that inform business decisions
Success in this role is defined by the quality of the user
experience including the impact, consistency, ease of use and
beauty of the final product as well as team sentiment
Perform quantitative and qualitative user research. Independently
scope, set-up, and run usability tests, concept tests, literature
reviews, and in-depth-interviews for a rolling research
program.
