Job Description:

opportunity for someone to join our team as a Customer Service
Representative (CSR). This critical role receives, investigates,
and responds to all customer inquiries regarding billing, products,
coverage, filing claims and complaints from policyholders and
agents. They will identify, analyze, and owns customer policy needs
to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of
business.This opportunity will be based out of Seattle or Spokane
and will offer flexible work arrangements. Think you have what it

Below is a snapshot of what you'd be responsible for:
- Provide frontline agency and customer support by promptly
answering incoming calls and emails regarding policies, new and
existing claims, coverage issues, complaints, and general
inquiries.
- Resolve questions and issues that do not require an agent's
license and refer customers to appropriate parties as needed.
- Research billing accounts for discrepancies and assist
customers with payments and miscellaneous billing transactions such
as changes to EFT, payment plans and due dates.
- Identifies and communicates transactions and impact to policy
premium.
- Accurately setup new claims in accordance with the Claims
department criteria.
- Process billing breakdowns for agents and policyholders.
- Effectively utilizes available reference materials and systems
to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information.
- Prioritize and process all incoming tasks and miscellaneous
transactions.
- Effectively collaborate with internal departments to resolve
customer related issues.

- Completes licensing and continuing education requirements.
- Assist with projects and special assignments as needed and
other duties as assigned. Experience we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of
customer service experience, preferably in high volume call
setting.
- Ability to understand priorities and plan accordingly; organize
and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation to support internal and
external customers.
- Strong self-motivation to work independently while working well
with and coordinating with team members.
- Takes pride in their work and value their efforts to help
customers, team, and company providing exceptional customer
experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for effective
communication.
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office suite, with the
ability to learn new software.
- Ability to enter data quickly with a high level of accuracy and
strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with confidential information and issues using
discretion and judgement.
- Working towards obtaining P&C agents license, insurance
designation, or other higher learning within the field of insurance
