Job Description:
We are looking for a an entry-level Executive Assistant in the
Seattle Office of Marcus & Millichap, the largest real estate
investment brokerage firm in the US. Potential candidates should
have a professional demeanor, strong written, verbal, and
mathematical skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to
detail and ability to multi-task is essential. The candidate should
be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing Marketing Packages
* Managing/Redesign/Create Email Marketing Campaign
* Managing/Preparing Meeting Materials
* Preparing flyers and advertisements/coordinate marketing
efforts
* Scheduling/Plan Client Events
* Preform Administrative duties
* Answering Phones & Routing Calls to Agents
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively work interact with team members and
clients
* Extraordinary attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and
graphic design principles
* Must have basic graphics design skills such as Photoshop,
InDesign, and Illustrator
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Basic project management, editing, and writing skills
required
