Mid-Level Integrated Scheduling Specialist to join the team in
Everett, WA or Renton, WA. This position will be for a Scheduling
Specialist to support the Seats Integration Team (SIT). We are
looking for a dynamic candidate with a positive attitude,
willingness to learn, and strong analytical skills. The Integrated
Scheduling team requires the ability to build relationships, gain
commitment from a variety of working groups, and analyze critical
data. A current team project includes developing a robust, fully
integrated precedence network to be used in the planning of
airplane seating programs. Our integrated schedulers work with
Subject Matter Experts to integrate program gates, deliverables and
key activities across airplane and production system value streams
in order to scenario plan and evaluate program opportunities and
risks. Additional statement of work will include developing Dynamic
Schedule Visibility health metrics and program dashboards for
leadership.Position Responsibilities:
- Helps to develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain,
an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project
requirements.
- Produces metrics for plans and schedules for projects,
programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a
program.
- Performs analysis and planning efforts, for seating programs to
determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product
development, or process improvement.
- Develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports
change incorporation plans related to integrate scheduling
products.
- Performs integration of program plans and schedules,
horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product
groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.
- Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to
management.
- Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and
incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.This position allows
telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform
some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Employer

Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan
Professional, Microsoft Project or PrimaveraPreferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Although the following
skills are not required, it is highly desirable for the candidate
to have some level of experience in the following skills:
- 2+ years of experience in managing project schedules and
managing programs and projects
- 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional or
cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans,
schedules, or solutions
- 2+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple
sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 2+ years of experience in using all the following Microsoft
Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Typical Education &
Experience: - Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
and experience (e.g. Master +1 years' related work experience, 7
years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation: This position
