Era Living is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator
to become the newest member of our Finance team located at our Home

etc.)Primary Responsibilities:The Accounts Payable Coordinator
oversees the management of all Accounts Payable documentation and
coordinates accounts payable processing and payment of invoices,
ensuring regulatory compliance. This role also supervises accounts
payable employees.
- Assumes lead role in implementing and maintaining accounts
payable related software
- Updates policies and procedures regarding accounts payable;
Responsible for all aspects of the Purchasing Guide and Accounts
Payable Purchasing Desk Manual
- Communicates cash management information to Controller
- Supervises accounts payable employees
- Coordinates daily, weekly and monthly accounts payable
functions and tasks
- Manages vendor credit accounts and authorized users, and
updates
- Ensures corporate compliance with Federal, State and local
regulations maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the
regulations
- Provides account payable training for new managersKnowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable software systems
- Knowledge of accounting terms, principles and processes
- Data entry skills
- Ability to give prompt and appropriate feedback to direct
reports
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
- Must comply with the Washington State COVID-19 vaccination
requirement for healthcare workersEducation and Experience:
- Completion of college-level courses in business, accounting, or
a related field, preferred; High-school diploma, required
- Minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience and 1 year of
supervisory experience, required
- Experience implementing and maintaining accounts payable
