Summary: Metas Business Messaging team seeks a Head of Enablement, Global Business Solutions to support initiatives across Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. People and businesses around the world are shifting to messaging as the primary way to communicate with each other. Over the last year, total daily conversations between people and businesses on Messenger and Instagram grew by more than 40%. In this role, working alongside internal client facing teams, you will ensure that Business Messaging sales, customer success and partnerships teams are enabled with the goal of increasing the overall efficiency, effectiveness and experience of these teams and driving best-in-class sales performance. You will be an enablement partner to sales and marketing, including sales operations, marketing, product management and HR. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing enablement solutions, have a strong development and consultative mindset, a strong understanding of sales processes (ideally in the SaaS industry), and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Required Skills: Head of Enablement, Global Business Solutions Responsibilities:

  • Maintain deep understanding of Business Messaging objectives, Sales teams, Product and GTM approach
  • Work with sales leadership to identify, prioritize and execute on global enablement needs continually evolving the roadmap as needs change
  • Strategize and scope programs that drive impact and a marked improvement in sales team behaviors and overall performance
  • Hire, manage and coach team of enablement specialists to execute enablement programs
  • Ensure enablement initiatives are aligned and measured against contribution to Business Messaging OKRs and business targets
  • Work closely with sales, technical, PMM and marketing teams to ensure collaboration and alignment
  • Communicate progress and success across Business Messaging teams, elevating the value of enablement and growing the team
  • Implement the development, delivery and training of effective sales and customer success playbooks
  • Develop on-boarding & boot camp experiences which help to reduce employee ramp time and improve the experience of client-facing new hires
  • Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to be used by client-facing teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement in enablement content and mediums that best supports the effective dissemination of product and industry knowledge to our internal users globally
  • Drive project management and cross-functional collaborationMinimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in a sales enablement, training, learning and development role in enterprise software/SaaS
  • Leadership experience, influencing and executing across levels of an organization
  • Experience creating and tracking metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs against business objectives
  • Experience designing and implementing successful sales process/methodology/sales playbook initiatives
  • Experience in building effective sales on-boarding and training programs
  • Experience with CRM
  • Experience bringing creative solutions and strategic ideas to a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience leading Sales Enablement teams
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Gong)
