Job Description:

We are seeking a *Client Success Associate* with SaaS customer support experience and strong data analysis skills to join our Seattle-based team.

*Company Overview*
LeadScorz is a 4 year-old Seattle based Cloud Services Provider to large B2C marketers that was recently funded for growth. We serve multiple vertical markets, including Financial Services, Insurance, Education and Household Products and Services. Our proven, game-changing SaaS platform enables full automation of sales lead lifecycles and increases conversion rates for our clients. Our platform utilizes AI-based predictive modeling to grade data leads and calls in real-time and delivers them instantly to call centers and Field Agent networks. Our platform serves as a clearing house and lead filtering service that integrates to both Suppliers and Buyers by monitoring lead consumption and Agent performance in real-time to match supply to demand. We are experiencing strong demand and seek to add to our team to support the anticipated growth.

*Responsibilities you will be expected to assume;*

* Plan, execute and manage client implementations and ongoing support
* Collaborate with clients to customize services to their sales organization
* Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives
* Create a positive experience for clients through communication and follow-through
* Coordinate and facilitate client meetings
* Monitor and report on project performance
* Ensure client satisfaction and retention

*Technical Skills Required;*

* Basic proficiency in data management and predictive modeling
* Model building, testing and ongoing performance assessments
* An understanding of business models within our core verticals
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI & SQL (ie; databases in general)
* Proficiency in Salesforce and/or marketing automation admin preferred
* Reporting Dashboard design and use (LeadScorz, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

*Other Tasks you will perform;*

* Dashboard management, back-end SaaS admin of client-specific settings
* Manage customer data integrity checks and related reporting
* Assist in creating and delivering user training materials
* Monitoring client training / readiness, communicating help ticket status
* Validating development fixes in the QA environment

*Daily Task Regimen*

* Monitoring Client lead flow and Vendor allocations
* Daily lead grading/filtering data integrity check (all assigned clients)
* Analyzing agent performance (where applicable)
* Monitoring project budget / spending per IO parameters
* Cross-platform data reconciliation and budget monitoring

*Areas for growth and training*

* Third-party application training (for integration partner platforms)
* Building an understanding of how our product development pipeline is managed, how development tasks for sprints are prioritized, and how new technical features get implemented (QA).

*Reports to: *Director of Client Services
*Compensation: *Non-Exempt, Salary / DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
