*Position Summary*
The *Community Partnership Coordinator* position will give you the opportunity to play an important role in ensuring ongoing, successful Community Partnerships which will decrease housing insecurity for members in our community. You will be responsible for supporting our Community Partnership team, ensuring strategies and tasks are successfully executed. Your role will be critical in supporting our community partners and ensuring trainings, communication, and data flows create a seamless partner experience. *Critical Job Functions*
The following describe the critical functions of the role, but do not provide an extensive list of job responsibilities and duties.
Community Partner Communication

* Deliver communication campaigns utilizing email, social media, or other communication vehicles designed to drive product adoption, training attendance, and program awareness for Community Partners.
* Write knowledge articles regularly that provide detailed guidance on product and program usage for common questions from community partners and case managers.
* Synthesize partner engagement data to identify learning gaps and present those gaps regularly to the team for solutioning.

Event Management

* In conjunction with market-based Community Partnership Managers, design, schedule, and execute different types of training events ranging from product onboardings to user groups and partner specific events.
* Maintain event management technology, ensuring accurate data and thorough follow-up to attendees for all community partner trainings and events

Operations Coordination

* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the Community Partnership experience through the automation of current systems and development of new mechanisms for delivering support.
* Act as a primary point of contact for community partners, providing them with excellent customer experiences through addressing their individualized challenges and technical needs.
* Ensure data accuracy for all Community Partnership activities through systematic updates, report creation, and dashboard management.
* Manage programmatic data with precision to ensure enrollments, HMIS, and other data systems are up to date.
* Project manage small to medium sized projects that grow critical infrastructure necessary to growing Community Partnerships across multiple markets.

* Experience with Salesforce, MailChimp, and Wix or demonstrated experience learning technology tools quickly.
* Exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders especially in writing.
* Ability to take initiative, work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail.

The Chamber is committed to internal and market equity. *The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually. *Salary is determined based on internal and market equity, internal and market data/salary ranges, and the applicant's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are likely to hire at the beginning to midpoint of the salary range to allow future salary growth based on an employee's performance, professional development, and increases in responsibilities and duties.
