Analytics Sr. Associate - Cross Channel JourneysChase is transforming the way it interacts with customers by investing in data, analytics, and people. The goal is for Chase to become the undisputed leader in financial services by providing superior customer experience across all channels. The customers' experience should be consistent and highly-personalized, whether they choose to bank digitally - including Chase.com and the Chase Mobile App - or use an ATM, walk into a branch, call the automated system, or speak to a customer service representative.The cross-channel journey data can significantly enhance our decision-making for Chase's highest priorities (e.g. call reduction, complaint mitigation) by connecting our massive and disparate cross-channel data. It gives us the ability to analytically trace root causes of specific customer outcomes (both good ones like an acquisition and bad ones like attrition, negative NPS) in hours and with minimal manual effort.This Analytics Sr. Associate role will help manage the Cross Channel Journey program which provides a single view into the customers' cross channel experience. This role will ensure the analytic data is accurate, consistent, and complete so the analytic community can perform journey and cross-channel analytics faster and with better results.Activities include:

  • Become an expert in cross-channel journey data to better support analytics community
  • Support ongoing cross-channel journey maintenance and program initiatives
  • Establish processes and document key learnings for customer journey community
  • Work with line of business partners to understand and document the data generated by their interaction systems.
  • Prioritize analyses, develop tactical approaches, and manage analyst work streams.
  • Partner with key business partners and technical experts to normalize data for journey integration
  • Deliver executive-level presentations that communicate business relevance of analysis performedQualifications:Candidate must have:
    • 3-5 years or more of analytics or similar experience
    • Expertise in SQL, especially in Teradata, Hive
    • Fundamental understanding of databases and data structures
    • Success in working closely with business partners and technical experts
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Serious emphasis on quality work with attention to detail
    • Preference for working in a team environment
    • Successfully completed Bachelor's degreePreferred candidate has:
      • Successfully completed MBA or related Master's degree
      • Exposure working with Python or R
      • Experience working in an agile environment
      • Experience with data architecture
      • Experience analyzing and working with large dataset
      • Exposure to Tableau or other data visualization tool(s)
