Marketing Team is looking for a rock star digital marketer to build
an innovative and high impact digital marketing engine driving

for you.This OpportunityThe Digital Marketing lead will build our
digital presence and ensure that our website Truveta.com becomes a
demand capture engine. This position will also play a critical role
in the development and execution of demand generation and customer
acquisition / growth strategies. The best person for this role has
proven capability at building the strategy for a high-growth
website, ideally in a B2B SaaS company, along with expertise in
digital marketing strategies that attract customers to Truveta.com,
engage these customers, and drive more deeply into the sales
funnel. The ideal candidate is motivated by impacting revenue, can
operationalize a digital demand generation strategy that results in
exponential growth, is well-versed in growth marketing technologies
and infrastructure, and gets energized by working in a dynamic,
high growth environment.Key Responsibilities Include
- Build the strategy for the Truveta website as a strong demand
generation and capture engine, including content & SEO strategy,
audience specific engagement and conversion tactics
- Develop strategic programs and execute on Truveta's digital
marketing programs that deliver against ambitious pipeline and
revenue targets
- Work closely with the Design organization to create an optimal
digital journey and experience for various audiences
- Establish paid media strategies to reach new audiences and
generate leads specifically SEM
- Identify growth opportunities through optimization of digital
channels, including content marketing partnerships
- Lean into account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics
for the audiences engaging with us on the website
- Optimize digital marketing efforts through continuous A/B
testing and create an innovative test and learn plan
- Use web analytics and data to help the marketing team run
multiple experiments; own robust digital metrics reporting
- Communicate expectations, plans, and resultswiththebroader team
including the sales team, and other stakeholdersKey Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, in B2B SaaS or
Data businesses
- Experience in the life sciences or health technology industry a
plus, but not required.
- Proven experience growing a website as a front-end to engaging
customers in a high-growth business
- Deep experience in creating world-class growth and acquisition
strategies, mapped to business goals
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) with a clear point of
view on layering PLG on to a sales & marketing led growth
motion
- Strong analytical skills, with deep understanding of digital
channels, new marketing technologies and industry best
practices
- Creative problem solver and nimble executor with the ability to
influence and be a team player
- Thinks nimbly i.e. in hours, days and weeks!
- Travel required to Truveta headquarters 3-4x a year*Be prepared
