safety-first environment.Role StatementThe Floor Supervisor is
primarily responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver
the best possible customer experience in the store. This includes
coaching and training associates, managing performance, and
ensuring adequate department coverage at all times.Outcomes for
SuccessSupervises all store employees and activities, including
safety and security of store and staffPerforms all duties of a Lead
Cashier when working in that capacityBe a resource when managers
are absent or unavailablePerforms MOD (Manager On Duty) store walks
to ensure all departments are up to parEnsure employees are
providing excellent customer serviceHolds team accountable for
lunches, breaks, dress code, and balancing staff throughout the
store to provide the right level of customer serviceEnsures proper
execution of marketing initiativesResponsible for closing the store
when neededUtilizes sound judgement in customer and employee
situations and responds in a calm and professional mannerPromotes
our core values and is an example to all employees of what is
expected.Creates a positive culture for staff, customers, and
vendorsUplifts staff by developing an atmosphere and environment of
accountabilityInteracts with maintenance team and provides
direction to keep the store clean and safeReports any
malfunctioning equipment to the proper person for repairDevelops
and trains future leaders, with emphasis on Lead cashiers and
cashiersHelps maintain inventory accuracy with proper inventory
cycle countingPerform some light administrative duties as
requiredMay perform other duties as assignedScheduleThis position
is full-time, scheduled for Tuesday through

requiredExcellent oral and written skillsExcellent interpersonal
skillsAble to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environmentHighly motivated and able to work under pressureStrong
basic computer skillsTeam playerPossess strong leadership
abilityProfessional and positive attitudeBachelor's degree
preferred3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of
education and experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 30-50
lbs. Seldom and Occasional lifting less than 30 lbs.Occasional
