Next Opportunity:HTC VIVE is looking for a Data Specialist to join
our growing enterprise sales team.The primary responsibility will
be managing the data pipeline so the sales team can track sales
against goals. This will enable our Sales Operations Lead to focus
on forward-facing strategic initiatives.The successful candidate
will have a good eye for detail, expert knowledge of data storage
systems, and a meticulous approach to information verification.Job
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct thorough data analysis of clients' information and
storage systems
- Create or implement a digital conversion program in line with
the client's needs
- Install and maintain data collation software
- Verify and extract data from hardcopy and other digital
sources
- Import and transfer data to a secure central database
- Perform regular data integrity and quality audits
- Create and submit data collation reports
- Troubleshoot information storage issues
- Train staff on data storage and retrieval processesBasic
Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):
- Bachelor's degree in information management, data analytics,
computer science, or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience as a data specialist
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple
formats
- In-depth knowledge of data retrieval and storage systems (SAP,
Big Query, Google Analytics, or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools (Salesforce, Power
BI, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with end-user training and supportHTC is an

annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $120,000. This
position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary
