Job Description:

Gain experience and exposure to the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities at Sealaska this summer. As the Human Resources Intern, you will participate and contribute to the day-to-day workflow of the HR team and learn workplace dynamics. Projects will span all functions of HR - including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, benefits, employee relations, compliance, administration, ethics, and compensation.This internship can be based in a remote or telecommuting location, where you will primarily collaborate with human resources team members located in Seattle, WA.

Understand Human Resources and its various sub-departmentsResearch compliance best practicesAssist with organization of carious employee filesAssist with various administrative dutiesOther duties, as assigned
