The OPERATING ROOM has an outstanding opportunity for a FULL TIME,
DAY SHIFT, PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST 2 (PSS 2). The UWMC Main and
Pavilion Operating Room PSS is responsible for facilitating the
surgical case schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
The Patient Services Specialist will be hired as either a Patient
Services Specialist 1 or 2 depending on experience. The
requirements are as follows:
PSS 1: Requirements include high school graduation or equivalent
AND one year of experience in a health care setting OR two years of
general office experience OR equivalent education/experience.
PSS 2: Requirements include high school graduation or equivalent
AND one year of experience in a health care setting OR three years
of general office or customer services experience OR equivalent
education/experience.
