This Position
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help us develop and execute our demand generation strategy. You will build integrated marketing plans consisting of multi-touch programs that include both inbound and outbound tactics. We are looking for a player coach type that can "own a number" and has deep skills in one or more areas of demand generation with a network of competent providers in place to fill in the gaps.

  • Design and implement a multi pronged demand generation strategy that will support companies revenue goals.
  • Design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
  • Implement PPC and display campaigns across Google, Linked In, Facebook and others.
  • Evaluate and test program opportunities that can increase lead flow.
  • Manage our event and tradeshow participation
  • Manage nurturing programs and introduce lead scoring to identify sales-ready prospects.
  • Work cross-functionally with content and product marketing teams to produce targeted, personalized assets that engage and convince target accounts to move through the sales funnel.
  • Review and share performance metrics with a keen eye on return on investment. Use data and dashboards to advise future programs and investment

    About you
    You have spent at least 7 years working on your demand generation game as both a "one person army" or leading a team. You have had some great outcomes you can point to that resulted from your work. You have worked in a startup environment - and love it!
    You have a strong strategic sense for generating good leads. You are always coming up with new strategies for identifying and engaging with targets and then following through on them.
    The most important quality is attitude. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit, a growth mindset, are curious and able to pick up and implement new ideas and appreciate working on a 'no-drama' team that values and rewards achievement.

    • 5+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation or related roles in SaaS. Ecommerce market experience preferred.
    • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
    • Growth mindset, with a data-first approach
    • Strong record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets
    • Ideal candidates will have strong retargeting and display optimization experience
    • Paid search experience to help with our inbound customer acquisition. Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and publisher advertising is also required.
    • Strong email marketing experience
    • Good attitude for getting your hands dirty. This is not a self-contained role - you will be asked to help in many sections of the business such as call tracking, backend reporting, social media/SEO management.
