HTI is one of North America's largest polymer floor providers.
We specialize in floor preparation and application processes for
new floors and fixing ineffective floors or replacing old epoxy
flooring. Our integrated approach ensures we can protect our

Applicants must be drug free and be able to pass a background
check. Valid driver's license is a plus. We have immediate openings
in the Greater Seattle/Tacoma areas in Washington State. Must live
no more than one hour from a major U.S. airport. All travel costs
are paid by us and food per diem provided. Immediate positions
available. Our pay matrix is at the top of the scale. Paid time off
and health insurance offered after 60 days of full-time hours
worked, 401k after 1 year.Job SummaryThe Installation Specialist is
a key part of the installation team and responsible with
preparation for installation and working with the finishers along
the process.
No experience required, 1-year
experience with epoxy, urethane, and other polymer flooring
installation knowledge preferred1 year experience with concrete
polishing and/or industrial paintingLifting and moving bags of raw
materialMixing and preparing polymer for installationExperience
using required equipment, such as, trowel, chipping hammer, skill
saw, planetary grinder, blaster, scarifier and shaverAble to hang
cove stripFamiliarity with common products used, mix ratios and
material coverage ratesEnsures strict compliance with all health
and safety rules and regulationsInputs timely hours along with
proper use/care/maintenance of equipment and materialsStrives to
meet and exceed all production targetsJob Duties include but are
not limited to:
Be the manpower for highly technical
seamless flooring installationLoad necessary equipment and supplies
at the shop prior to the projectPerform daily safety check of all
equipment and cordsKeep equipment clean during and at the end of
the jobAssist Finishers in their tasksAsk for help when needed and
notify site management when they see a problemRequirements:
High school graduate preferredMust
live no more than one hour from a major U.S. airportWilling to
regularly travel and stay out of town for various durations of
time. All travel costs are paid by HTI and a food per diem is
providedAble to work days, evenings, including -Saturdays, Sundays,
and Holidays, as neededAble to perform the following daily physical
activities - work on your hands and knees, navigate any obstacles,
climb ladders, stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50
pounds unassistedPossess a valid driver's license along with
reliable transportationMust be at least 18 years of age or
olderAble to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal
background checkAuthorized to work in the United States. HTI uses

Can operate and understand how and
when to use chipping hammersHas knowledge of generators and the
safety involved with themCan operate skills saws and properly cut
joints and chasesUnderstands how and why to use a planetary grinder
as well as choosing the proper toolingCan operate a blaster,
scarifier and shaverCan hang a cove stripFamiliar with all common
products used and mix ratios of our productsFamiliar with coverage
