We are a family friendly culture that supports work life balance. Role: The Product Intake Operations Specialist is responsible for the overall receipt of Mail for Card Kingdom and the Grading Team. This person will ensure that the daily functions and procedures of Product Intake Operations run smoothly and efficiently, such as receiving, verifying, distributing, sorting, and storing mail along with inspecting Sealed Product for online sales. From receiving and verifying MTG cards to customer service tasks, Product Intake Operations must keep close tabs on all facets of mail operations. This person must have an eye for detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of the received product. Product Intake Operations must provide a sufficient level of customer service as well as interface appropriately with many departments within Card Kingdom.
