The Patient Access Representative provides a variety of office and administrative support services including greeting patients, many whom are English as a Second Language, coordinating patient referrals, assisting patients with care coordination, appointment scheduling, and performing other general office duties.Education - High school graduate or equivalent.Experience - One year experience in a health care setting preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. EPIC EHR experience preferred.Other Requirement(s) - Fluent in English and other language(s) such as Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese preferred.Patient Access Representative
