seeking a Senior Manager to oversee our Data, Analytics, and
Reporting team. In this position you will lead the firm's data and
analytics strategy by building and delivering systems and processes
in alignment of the firm's goals and objectives. We are looking for

the capabilities that our Data, Analytics, and Reporting team
offers. This role will be part of an exciting team focused on
modernizing our data and analytics platforms to enable our product
teams and business with access to data solutions that will help
inform and improve processes, serve our clients, operate our

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the firm's data and analytics strategy in
collaboration with the Chief Information Officer, Chief Innovation
Officer, and other firm leaders
- Hire, mentor, coach, and develop members of the team, identify
individual training and development needs, provide growth
opportunities and/or address gaps in employee performance
- Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer, senior IT
leaders, and IT Product Group Senior Managers in the execution of
an interrelated service delivery, management operations, and
continuous improvement for the IT department
- Oversee the development and deployment of the firm's data and
analytics platform for digital business
- Lead and build effective stakeholder and partnership alliances
across the organization, while developing and presenting data-based
initiatives and solutions in a clear, concise, and organized manner
that accounts for business need and impact
- Create and oversee a centralized service for sourcing data to
ensure quality, traceability, timeliness, usability, and
cost-effectiveness, including defining processes for the effective
and integrated introduction of new data
- Develop and maintain controls on data quality,
interoperability, and sources to effectively manage the corporate
risk associated with the use of data and analytics
- Oversee the integration and staging of data and the development
and maintenance of the data lakes, data warehouse, and data marts
for use by analysts throughout the firm
- Lead resource demand planning, budget planning, and participate
in firmwide project pipeline planning decisions
- Oversee and proactively manage team's performance and outcomes
related to application performance, incident and problem
management, operational improvements, operational outcomes, and
recurring issuesQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis
in Computer Science or other related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of data management, reporting and business
intelligence experience or related experience in a complex
organization required; including demonstrated involvement with
building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an
inclusive culture; experience in a professional services
environment preferred
- Excellent knowledge of database structures, data management
processes, data warehouses, data marts, data lakes, data analytics,
and the associated toolsets and technologies used for building and
maintaining these environments
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills,
good judgement, and ability to effectively interface with employees
and leaders at all levels within the firm
- Adaptable to a changing environment; champions change and
influence others to change
- Effective time management and organizational skills, proven
ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous
projects/processes often under tight deadlines
- Experience coaching and managing a team, including the work of
remote team members
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service, and
foster a high degree of end user satisfaction through the delivery
of quality and timely service

$154,000-$178,000 Compensation range for Washington State
(Excluding Greater Seattle Area): $147,000-$170,000 Compensation
range for Greater Bay Area: $177,000-$203,000 Compensation range
for California State (Excluding Greater Bay Area):
$158,000-$181,000 Compensation range for Colorado:
$147,000-$170,000
