FULLY REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE - TALENT AQUISITION PROGRAM
SPECIALIST FOR LARGE WELL-KNOWN COMPANY MUST KNOW WORKDAY OR
EIGHTFOLD TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY Description:This
person will be supporting broader and global Talent Acquisition
operations to work through high volumes of data and documentation
and create change in their SOPs during this confidential project
for internal stakeholders. Supporting with inventory management and
web pages, Word, PDF, Excel.The Program Specialist will work with
various Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and business stakeholders
to coordinate, manage and deliver on high visibility projects
across this company. You will assist our GTA Programs team in the
operationalization and change management for large-scale changes to
our systems, processes and especially documentation.Day to Day---
Manage, maintain, create and update GTA project and program
documentation.--- Help manage a refresh of our internal SharePoint
sites for GTA and HR, both content and design.--- Identify and
track risks, issues, and dependencies, and seek support where
needed to resolve roadblocks and enable successful execution,
leveraging lessons learned from prior experience.--- Work with GTA
Programs and Operations to effectively communicate and report on
program progress and deliverables in real-time, identifying
timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.--- Contribute to regular
weekly status reports and Program updates.--- Manage changes using
appropriate governance techniques.--- Help develop and maintain
detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones,
and adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.---
Strategically Partner, lean-in, engage, innovate, and build solid
relationships across GTA leadership & Cross functional

Program Specialist or similar role, and a passion for working on
multiple projects in a fast paced, every changing environment.---
Strong MS Office Skill, especially SharePoint and Excel. Smartsheet
experience a nice-to-have.--- Experience partnering with teams
across multiple locations.--- Detailed oriented individual who can
provide polished deliverables.--- Experience of building strong
relationships with upper leadership and cross functional
partners.--- Ability and experience simultaneously managing several
projects at one time, providing clear updates on progress and flag
risks/challenges/roadblocks and successful milestones on the
projects.--- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize,
understand and articulate data.--- Experience managing and
prioritizing multiple requests, deliver to timelines and ability to
meet deadlines/project goals/milestones.--- Strong communication
skills with the ability influence and have clear effective
commination.--- Ability to work independently, follow through on
assignments with minimal direction.--- Ability to deliver results
in a fast-paced environment and enjoyment with a changing
