Accounts Payable Specialist Seattle, Washington Contract/Temp to HireLHH Recruitment Solutions is looking to fill a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk job. This temporary to hire position is fully onsite in Seattle, WA.We are seeking a customer focused applicant with the ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve. The role helps maintain accounts payable records, assists with customer questions, and collaborates with other departments. • Compile and maintain AP records
• Assist with month-end closing
• Review all invoices prior to payment
• Obtain signatures on all AP checks and distribute checks as required
• Maintain reports and spreadsheets
• Assist with customer inquiries
• Process overnight shipments to branches
• Collaborate with other departments and act as liaison Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in accounting preferred
• 3 years of AP experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Good problem-solving skills The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $25/hr and $29/hr.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
