OneNorth IFS is now hiring a Custodian Supervisor!Our Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff, ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with contracted specifications and quality standards. Join our organization and help build a brighter future together!Location: Greater Seattle AreaSchedule: Full-time, Monday - FridayWage: $25.00 - $25.00 per hourAdditional Compensation: $4.23 Per Hour Health and WelfareBenefits:Competitive and affordable Medical (including hearing & hardware coverage!), Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life insurance17 Accrued Paid Time Off Days Annually11 paid holidaysParental Leave and Paid Compassion LeaveRetirement 401(K) with a company matchEmployment Assistance Program (EAP), including six free therapy sessions per yearPhysical Wellness Reimbursement Program - $25 per monthStudent Loan Contribution Program - $50 per monthNorthwest Center is proud to offer its staff an Income Protection Benefit to those potentially affected by COVID-19Check out the entire list of benefits Northwest Center has to offer here: http://www.nwcbenefits.com/Essential Duties:Overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff within a designated geographical area of contract sitesEnsuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with contracted specifications and quality standardsDeveloping and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the custodial team by performing time studies and staff evaluationsRegularly collecting quality data and record keeping, such as daily logs, employee time sheets and work reportsMonitoring and maintaining supply inventory control of designated geographical areaInvestigating and reporting any accidents, incidents, or damage to propertyConducting monthly safety inspections of all NWC supplies and equipmentMaintaining knowledge and skills pertaining to the time study and contractual processes as requiredRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in custodial services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial roleAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and prioritiesCommitment to Northwest Center's mission of inclusion and ability to work successfully in a diverse environmentMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively with people of all ethnicities, disabilities, and communication barriersProfessional appearance and attitude, with excellent customer service skillsNorthwest Center is committed to offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
