Apple's Security Engineering and Architecture (SEAR) provides operating system security for foundations across all of Apple's innovative products, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. Those foundations exist from the lowest levels of the device to the services off-device which work together to protect users.As part of our efforts to protect, inform, and collaborate with our users, Apple is seeking an extraordinary Civil Society Partnerships Lead to help craft and drive our projects focused on engaging with civil society organizations and other key external partners. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytically minded, has exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multidisciplinary groups, is known for their follow-through and ability to problem-solve, and has experience with security and privacy initiatives.Evolving the voice of Apple Security through our public partnerships.   • Extraordinary leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Known for effortlessly demonstrating the fundamental of effective program and project management: knowing and driving the right actions, on the right timeline, with the right people, in the right way, with a focus on privacy and risk management.
  • Experience collaborating and effectively communicating with with civil society organizations, as well as public relations, marketing, operations, engineering, and executive teams
  • Self-motivated and high-energy with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Keen attention to detail, and an ability to manage work with competing priorities and different timescales.
  • Ample experience as a creative, user-focused problem-solver Description The Civil Society Partnership (CSP) team works to connect with civil society groups and other select external entities to gain insight into the security problems facing civil society and ensure security solutions are accessible and understood by high-risk users.As the CSP Lead you will be responsible for a broad portfolio of work, including:- Contribute to overall program strategy and framework development- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a groundbreaking support program for civil society organizations- Act as an integrator, connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed- Measure and communicate the impact and effectiveness of the team's work- Make critical decisions and tradeoffs to ensure team projects are successful- Remote work, with occasional travel.     • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,400 and $229,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

      Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
