Duration: 12 Months (Contract to Perm)

Duties:
The Talent Mobility Team is looking for a Project Specialist to support our immigration and relocation programs. This person will act as a liaison between our recruiters, candidates, legal counsel, and business leaders. The Project Specialist will answer questions, understand both the employee and business needs and strategize with the Talent Mobility Program Manager to provide a best-in-class employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and can quickly earn stakeholders support and trust. Individuals with Recruiting Coordinator experience are encouraged to apply! This position has potential to convert from a contractor to Full Time.

  • Collaborate with our relocation vendor to initiate the relocation process for employees
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and our outside legal service provider to coordinate initiation, posting and signing of all immigration-related applications
  • Advise employees, hiring managers and recruiters on Talent Mobility policies and procedures
  • Maintain, track, and provide periodic reports on all Talent Mobility work matters
  • Assist the Sr. Program Manager with tactical invoicing support
  • Partner with the Sr. Program Manager in reviewing, building and refining internal policies and processes
  • Support the Sr. Program Manager on defining and streamlining our global immigration placement programSkills:
    • 1+ years' experience as project specialist or recruiting coordinator preferred
    • Excel in a collaborative team environment
    • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy of data
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to deal effectively with customers, peers and leadership
