Job Description:
JBS International is a consulting firm that provides support to the
federal government through contracts primarily focused on health
and human services. The JBS-managed Child Welfare Reviews Project
supports the Children's Bureau, U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services, in administering the federally mandated, state-by-state
Child and Family Services Reviews. The Project Coordinator II
provides logistical support to the Children's Bureau, individual
states, contract staff, and JBS staff to ensure successful planning
and completion of the Child and Family Services Reviews (CFSRs).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:The Project Coordinator II is responsible
for and serves as the main point of contact for all logistical and
planning activities related to the Child and Family Services
Reviews (CFSRs) by working directly with State agency
representatives, as well as Children's Bureau Regional and Central
office staff. Job duties may include:
- Directing and organizing all planning activities to support
CB-led and State-led reviews, such as;
- Effectively plan, conduct and lead multi-disciplinary meetings
with states and CB staff.
- Organize travel and hotel accommodations
- Interface with agile staff (consultants) who attend the
reviews
- Oversee, organize, and triage the preparation of all review
related materials and equipment, including working with production
and IT teams to ensure materials are prepared, shipped and
delivered to review locations within established timeframes.
- Interact with CB and state staff to resolve client requests and
review related issues.
- Develop and maintain appropriate documentation related to
review planning requirements and manage changes in
requirements.
- Provide on-site support, such as setting up and troubleshooting
laptops and troubleshooting internet connectivity issues, and
logistical support during the CFSRs to the Children's Bureau, state
staff, and agile staff.
- Edit and conduct thorough quality assurance checks of all
materials to ensure they are of the free of errors and meeting the
highest standards for professional deliverables.
- Prioritize, multitask, and work on multiple initiatives
simultaneously.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in logistics, as
a collaborative team, or similar capacity. Knowledge: Demonstrates
an interest in the child welfare field. Soft Skills: Ability to
work under tight deadlines, works well in a team environment,
demonstrates a strong attention to detail while completing tasks
accurately; can multitask in a fast-paced environment; possesses
excellent organizational skills and oral and written communication
skills; has strong interpersonal and customer service skills and
provides prompt, efficient, and personalized assistance to meet the
requirements, requests, and concerns of clients and staff. Software
Proficiency: Advanced skills and experience in using Microsoft
Office 365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Travel: This position will require travel (at least 20%) to the
onsite reviews for CFSRs in Round 4 during non-traditional work
hours to provide support and technical assistance to the review
team members.OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED:These requirements are not
the exclusive standards for this position and will not be the sole
basis for any subsequent employee evaluations. The Project
Coordinator will follow any other instructions and perform any
other related duties as may be required by the supervisor.This

restrictions contained in the contract or contracts that provide
