Pay: \$20.00-\$23.00ph

*Job Type: * Full-Time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Flexible schedule if needed/wanted. Schedule-Currently working a lot of OT, after training, schedule will be created and can be flexible but currently working 60 hours a week, sometimes 7 days a week, Double Time if working on Sundays--All voluntary

Job Duties:

Wire, solder, and assemble fabricated components to make electrical and mechanical assemblies using microscope
Follow assembly work instructions, drawings, quality assurance procedures, and directives from department leads
Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements
Position- 50% of the job is soldering and 90% of the soldering is done under a microscope

Qualities/Requirements:

Ability to assemble and solder small components utilizing a microscope.
Able to conduct precise measurements.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and wiring drawings, etc. that are written in English
Minimum one (1) year of assembly experience, including one (1) year of soldering experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
