Job Description:
The Operating Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and
coordinating construction projects, managing a team of workers,
ensuring quality control, and utilizing heavy equipment. This role
requires hands-on involvement in all aspects of construction.
Qualifications Heavy Equipment operation skills with experience in
underground work Experience in Quality Control Excellent
communication and leadership skills Proven record of punctuality
and good attendance Ability to work effectively in a team
environment Valid driver's license and insurable Good driving
record Compensation and wages Pay is DOE Paid holidays. Paid time
