We're seeking talented, high-performing Supervisors who have enthusiasm for growth, our Burgermaster core values, and is looking to support a great team!Role and ResponsibilitiesAssists manager to oversee the operation of the restaurant by focusing on quality food and serviceEnforce policies and ensure employees are working the Burgermaster way as defined by Managers and CorporateResponsible for running the line and ensuring employees get their required breaks and mealtimesAssist with food costs by reducing or eliminating waste and knowing when to place other business priorities above food costAssist with labor cost by ensuring employees on the clock are working, and ensuring the proper amount of employees are workingAssist with prep work and cleaning, including checklistsReports issues of attitude, behavior, and attendance, ensuring situations are recorded following the incident reporting process and/or brought to Manager's attentionCoordinate which station each team member is assigned to for the shiftAct as center of communication for the kitchenAttends Supervisor trainings as requiredOther duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong supervisory and leadership skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.Excellent time management skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Strong oral and written communication, Spanish language a plus.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.Successful completion of corporate training program required.Food handler's permit required within 7 days of hire.Work EnvironmentAbility to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.Time divided between desk work, working in restaurant, and meetings.Must be comfortable working long hours, including nights and weekends.$22 - $26 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid sick timeVision insuranceFull-time, Non-ExemptRequirements:Compensation details: 22-26 Hourly WagePI75d9c1958740-25660-34290063
