Description:Join our team in Western WA! Renewal by Andersen is looking for an Event Marketer Team Lead to add to our highly successful event marketing team. Our marketing team is made up of top performers that focus on lead generation for the most recognized and industry leading brand on the market. This is a two-fold position that will be responsible for supporting the team growth as well as assisting in the growth of our customer base by arranging and hosting promotional events.We are a leader in the window industry and looking for like-minded individuals to join and grow our organization. We're consistently growing and looking for new talent to add to our already amazing team.Events Team Lead ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying new event opportunities within the community as neededDevelop and maintain relationships with Event PromotersWork alongside Events Coordinators and the Event Supervisor to ensure all events are attendedEnsure customer service satisfaction and good client relationshipsEnsure that all paperwork and trackers for the Events teams are being updated in a timely mannerGenerate and qualify sales leads by engaging with the customers while at eventsAchieve sales goals outlined by the management and consistently grow our customer base to meet the companys financial objectivesSupport recruitment efforts and new candidates through training and maintain communication with the Events Supervisor to support our recruitment funnelSupport the team of event marketers with a direct hands-on approach, provide motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goalsMaintain excellent communication with the Events SupervisorSupport the development of our culture with the team through role modeling desired behaviors and techniquesAssist in touch points with team members that supports the best practices for performance management on a regular basisPromotional Marketing ResponsibilitiesResponsible for booking potential customers for a free no-obligation window consultation at various Events in your territorySet up top quality booth spaces at promotional eventsWork with the Events Supervisor to support design consultant integration with the events departmentCommunicate with all other departments to ensure best practices are being maintainedWelcome customers and provide them general information on our productsSupport the team of event marketers with a direct hands-on approach, provide motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goalsMeet or exceed department goalsBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match and more!Paid time offPaid holidays including a flex holiday off of your choiceRoom for advancementRequirements:1-2 years of sales or marketing experience1 year of customer service experience preferredMust be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environmentDetail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environmentExcellent training and coaching skillsAbility to understand the role of marketing communications and sales promotionPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethicProblem solving abilityAbility to lift up to 50 poundsBe able to stand for long periods of timeMust be proficient in the MS OfficeMust have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to travel is requiredMust be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands: These physical demands are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
