Our CSRs play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the support and assistance they need. We're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment where you can thrive and grow in your career.*Responsibilities:** Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries or resolve complex issues.* Call Center intake of 100 + calls.* Respond to customer and field techs inquiries via phone, email, and chat.* Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with processing orders, returns, or delivery rescheduling. Escalate as needed.* Provide and update records information/orders as needed.*Qualifications:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish needed)* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
