We're looking for a driven and dedicated executive assistant to one of the Team Owners of our Real Estate Organization, Mike Novak.--This is a full-time, in-office position!

Your job will be to work directly with Mike, playing an integral role in managing the organization of his calendar, helping support systems, upholding excellent communication, and assisting with everything from tiny, mundane tasks to larger, business-moving projects.

Our ideal candidate has a high level of organizational skills and the ability to handle/manage stress as well as pivot when necessary without frustration. Resiliency and grit are must-have skills to exceed in this role.

The ability to create and implement processes & structure from a simple idea or concept is ideal. Clear, concise communication and an understanding of time efficiencies are a must. The ideal candidate possesses a natural spirit of contribution and volunteerism, and a strong initiative to seek out what needs to be done and DO IT.

Compensation is DOE + Benefits + Vacation Time

--- Provides complete administrative support for the CEO
--- Understands Google Suite, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Slides, and can work seamlessly within these programs
--- Helps create & build efficiency systems to drive productivity within the micro team
--- Supports the CEO with a "will-do" attitude, no task too big or too small
--- Is punctual, organized, able to take constructive criticism, and has a growth mindset
--- Is committed to building something special; this is a ground-floor opportunity working directly with a high-producing, high-capacity individual who is working to build something BIG

--- Administrative Experience - 2+ years experience preferred
--- Quickbooks and/or financial reporting experience with P&L/Balance Sheets a plus
--- Effective communication skills (ability to "close the loop")
--- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Google Suite including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites
--- Ability to prioritize tasks & to-do's
--- Takes initiative
--- Is an implementer - can take a task and see it through
--- Isn't afraid to push back and not intimidated by a BIG personality
--- Is HIGHLY organized
--- Has a BIG passion for supporting someone and being a part of something larger than themselves
