Radia has an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Level 1 to join our dynamic team!Shift: This position is designated for the swing shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. However, during the initial training period of 6 to 12 months or longer, you will be required to work daytime hours.The Application Support Level 1 primary responsibility is to provide first level support to Radias physicians and staff. This support includes technical evaluation, installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of PC hardware and software. Support for MS Windows, MS Office and all desktop applications, including the Radia Application Suite. Assists members of IT department with day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned. This position will be located in Lynnwood, WACompensation:Hourly salary range $22.37/hour to $32.34/hour.
