The candidate will work onsite in the Seattle, WA office on a
hybrid schedule. Monday & Friday work remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday, work in the office.
Job Description:
Work in collaboration to create clear, personalized and engaging
communications materials that help a diverse array of
geographically disbursed employees understand and adapt to new
business processes, tools and systems related to our client's
transition to a new HCM platform.
Work with team Communications Lead to execute and deliver cascaded
communications to a high number of stakeholder groups.
Track and report on communications items, engagements, audiences
and messaging platforms.
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field, or
equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, with a focus on
organizational change initiatives and systems implementation.
Ability to create and edit communications materials to ensure the
end product is clear, compelling and personalized.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, content organization,
communication, copyediting and critical thinking skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful training
execution.
Keen attention to detail as well as strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and best
practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rolling
deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint;
Smartsheet (or other project management tool); and SharePoint.
Integrity, initiative, humility, humor, good judgment, flexibility,
curiosity and great listening skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with UKG and/or HCM platforms.
Experience with manufacturing, mixed union/non-union employee
environments, or the transportation industry.
Change management or project management certification.
Familiarity with visual design principles.
Pay Range: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
