Nextant is looking for a driven Marketing Manager to join our client team. Please note: This role is for upcoming opportunities only and is not for a current job opening. Responsibilities: Implement and execute engaging social media strategies and content that resonate with diverse and global audiences. Manage a content calendar of owned, earned, and paid content that correlates with driving communication strategies and priorities. Manage communications channels for our internal audiences. Generate reports and analyze data to optimize outcomes. Partner with Outreach teams, key project stakeholders, and across-client organs to align priorities, and support storytelling opportunities and company initiatives. Serve as an advisor to senior leaders through the use of strong communication skills. Oversee the management of the paid social media team for campaign execution. Build world-class capability for customers, partners, employees, and future generations to enable them to achieve more. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Requirements: 3-10 years of experience. BA and BS in marketing or related field required. B2B or B2C Marketing experience preferred. Experience working with social channels and doing research has worked in a similar company. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Experience managing projects with creative agency teams, from briefing to managing rounds of stakeholder reviews to completion. Excellent communicator, with expertise in written, visual, and presentation formats as well as running effective stakeholder connection rhythms. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and with proven experience. Excellent strategy, storytelling, and writing skills. Understanding of social media management platforms, like Sprinklr. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline.
