fast-paced, high-tech environment. What you’ll do: As a key member
of the marketing team, you will be instrumental in crafting and
executing high-impact outbound campaigns. Your contributions will
directly shape how customers interact with our offerings, ensuring
every communication is strategic, effective, and aligned with
business goals. * Lead the full lifecycle of outbound campaigns,
from initial targeting and segmentation to messaging, creative
development, measurement, and comprehensive reporting. *
Continuously refine and optimize campaign processes, including
timelines, workback schedules, audience targeting, asset design,
copy, launch plans, and performance analysis. * Drive performance
marketing objectives across various outbound channels, including
email, SMS, and notifications. * Design, implement, and monitor A/B
and multivariate tests to enhance traffic, lead generation,
conversions, and other key performance marketing metrics. * Improve
long-term marketing channel efficiency by consistently creating,
implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns. *
Serve as a subject matter expert in outbound marketing, effectively
communicating plans and progress to the broader marketing team and
stakeholders. * Collaborate with diverse internal teams, including
product, public relations, legal, sales, creative, and analytics,
to achieve successful business outcomes. * Develop and implement
best practice guides and templates to ensure campaign repeatability
and scalability. * Manage creative requests and approvals necessary
for campaign execution. * Build out audience segments for targeted
campaigns and manage necessary inputs for successful launches. *
Ensure all campaigns meet high standards for successful delivery,
outbound best practices, and quality. * Conduct thorough
post-campaign analysis and report on performance to stakeholders,
providing insights and recommendations. * Coordinate extensively
with internal marketing teams (legal, product, engineering,
business analytics) on a day-to-day basis. Must-Have
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
or a related field. * 3 – 5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B
marketing role. * 3 – 5 years of experience leading campaigns
focused on traffic generation and lead acquisition. * 3 – 5 years
of experience leading marketing data analytics and A/B testing
strategy. * Demonstrated strong ownership and a proactive
willingness to take initiative and get work done. * Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail
and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing
priorities simultaneously. * Extensive outbound marketing
experience with a strong focus on email campaigns. * A self-starter
with a bias for action, capable of driving results in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. * Strong understanding of outbound marketing
and merchandising principles. * Proficiency in data analysis with
the ability to articulate findings and provide actionable
recommendations. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Previous experience
working within large-scale, dynamic organizations. * Proficiency in
leveraging and analyzing data from enterprise-level marketing tools
