Job Description:
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, business
development leader to engage with onsite marketing teams and F2
special projects to drive visibility and adoption of F2 products on
Amazon. This role will be responsible for directly managing content
campaigns, talent partnerships and representing the needs of these
partners across our department. This role will also be highly
focused on translating IRL events onsite, thus experience working
with onsite marketing leads is a plus. As an F2 Special Projects
Manager for Amazon Fashion, Sports and Outdoors, you will influence
and build upon the success we have had with existing properties and
talent to drive revenue, new customers and collaborative
opportunities with Amazon’s strategic businesses and programs (ex.
AWS, Ads). Using your deep knowledge of talent partnerships and
social campaigns and a solution-oriented mindset you will
collaborate with and influence our product teams to develop
innovative integrations which help unlock new opportunities for
Amazon. Key job responsibilities Own Content Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute integrated content campaigns that drive
measurable revenue growth and new customer acquisition across
Fashion, Sports, and Outdoors. Define campaign objectives, success
metrics, and optimization strategies. Deliver quarterly business
reviews demonstrating ROI and impact on key business metrics. Build
and Scale Talent Partnerships Source, negotiate, and activate
strategic talent partnerships that expand F2's reach into new
customer segments. Own the full partnership lifecycle from
identification through contract execution and performance
measurement. Establish repeatable frameworks for evaluating
partnership opportunities and measuring creator impact. Translate
Physical Events to Digital Experiences Design and implement
strategies that convert IRL event momentum into sustained onsite
engagement. Partner with marketing leads to create integrated
experiences that bridge physical and digital touchpoints. Own the
measurement framework that connects event participation to customer
behavior and sales. Drive Cross-Business Revenue Opportunities
Identify and close collaborative deals with AWS, Ads, and other
strategic Amazon businesses. Build business cases that demonstrate
mutual value creation. Own relationship management and quarterly
goal-setting with partner teams. Influence Product Roadmap Advocate
for partner and customer needs in product development discussions.
Propose and pressure-test new integration concepts that unlock
revenue opportunities. Translate market insights into actionable
product requirements that drive adoption. - 5 years of professional
non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and
metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau
(data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience
building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or
marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience
managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels -
Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience managing external
partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting
ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for
initiatives - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow
efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and
evaluation practices - Ability to recognize opportunities where
generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
