The team is always identifying opportunities for enhancing our guest loyalty programs and differentiate our offerings. Our constant aim is to inspire even deeper guest understanding through the triangulation of data - analytics, insights, consumer trends and mindsets - and then working collaboratively with teams to create alignment on a common strategy. • Perform ad-hoc analysis of data using python and SQL
• Obtain guest insights, using your analytic toolkit, from both transactional and behavioral data
• Build and interpret analytical methods and models in support of business objectives and loyalty strategies
• Create new ways of looking at guest data and presenting information, track behavior, and program success
• Deliver clear, concise, timely reports and presentations for your manager, stakeholders and senior leaders
• Extract, review and prepare data for analysis & reporting using SQL and/or Python
• Provide support to Data Governance initiatives such as data quality qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in related field - Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics
  • 2-5 years of directly-related work experience in business analysis or insight delivery. Experience preferred in marketing, loyalty, retail analytics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data mining working with large relational databases, advanced data extraction/manipulation tools
  • Experience with SQL, Python, data visualization using PowerBI, Qilk and statistical models/algorithms using R or Python and associated packages
  • Superb analytical and conceptual thinking skills--
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data management life cycle, including experience with data quality and meta data management must haves
