Job Description:
Sound Painting Solutions is a millennial-owned, West
Seattle-based contractor, seeking a qualified Maintenance
Technician for the night shift.
Job Duties & Requirements
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NIGHT-SHIFT POSITION.
Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive
maintenance.
Documents work order accurately and maintain progress updates with
photos, descriptions, receipts and recording of hours worked.
Reviews assigned work orders.
Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Work tasks include but are not limited to drywall, painting,
plumbing, handyman services and electrical repairs.
Willing and able to commute within greater Puget Sound area to
various job sites
